Obviously, you only want enough cloud fraud to keep the numbers from sinking too quickly. You can't make it look too good.
The is a fine are in financial fraud, LE needs to pump up the stock just enough to keep the share price somewhat stable so his highly leverage shareholding don’t go belly up due to collateral calls - he’s not trying to make more money, he’s just trying not to lose it all. And that my friend is why the limit the fraud, plus they try to attract less attention.
