Once Hans takes over the days of the 2wks pay for every year of service, max at 35 weeks, will be gone. And I bet medical coverage will end on the last day you are on payroll, not after the severance pay period like it is now. What better time to turn Hans into a bad guy than when he walks in the door to take over the joint.
