I received a packet yesterday and it said part of the sign making role will have to be done by the SSS. Do you know if it comes with a PAY INCREASE besides the 10 hour increase? The sign maker at our store said it should since its a lot of work that comes with sign making, especially since its hard enough to do the SSS role.

Team leaders doing their own Audits and hanging tags?? That is so laughable I can barely type this out.
We are allowed to have a back up now.
SSS do way too much for all the stores and are way under appreciated. They are the ones that have to print your tags and fix your mistakes so its not that easy doing this role and hanging all the signs while trying to do their job part time.
Why dont you get on your a-- and hang them yourself, especially in large volume stores?
They will butter you all up and then lay you off once Amazon figures out how to automate that position for R10 to do. The team leaders will eventually hang their own corrosponding signs and do their own audits. Dont get too comfortable, folks.
The teams always dropped the ball with this stuff before team combinations and OTS. Some stores may have bad SSS you have your Leadership group to thank for that if they are not performing the TL should pass that along to store leadership.
Every team is dropping the ball in some way. Too easy to point fingers.
I’m glad you team members in SSS are going full time again. Many of you are so under appreciated in your stores, at least you won’t have to worry about where your hours will come from now.
All regions are moving to full time SSS.
Too much hate for SSS. Cut them slack, they have a lot to answer for when violations come up ( you know the teams won't own up to it) and just got more stuff dropped on their laps with the SOP , while still being part-time.
Easy yes but the best part is the teams don’t do there jobs. So what’s the issue ? SSS is “Useless” but apparently necessary since teams don’t do tag or sign mainentence correctly. Can only imagine how bad it would be without SSS in stores.
Smh 🤦🏻♂️ want a raise to hang signs . They need to remove this role completely , waste of labor.
Hanging signs is ridiculously easy. Easier than any other TM job. That's why the sign maker is going away. You are not getting a raise for this.
