That's all. &bank-of-america can probably do that in a quarter.
That's only because of the top heavy egoist management,who thinks about themselves as owner of the company. For their own cause and promotion, they hire people in herd but never able to give any substantial work to them.A simple application can have more than 50 folks tagged as the bossez wants to show off to bargain for promotions. They just try to fool their bosses, projecting how important their application is.
