I am hearing VPN monitoring will be supplemented by badge swipe monitoring - I’ve heard you must have 10 in a month in your primary work location (ie if you travel
to another bac site it doesn’t count). Does anyone know if this is true?

We were told 14 in a month. That is for Charlotte.
I don't know about the specific numbers but we were told last year that they were looking at badge swipes to ensure people were coming to work and to be sure to swipe even when coming in the door with others.
