So the new quota consists of new voice lines and upgrades only to multiply rather than pull thru/strategic to help you out. We don’t get voice lines, no one comes to switch, and our new plans are overpriced. How are we and management going to make any money? Have to hit an unobtainable voice line new add quota in order to unlock multiplying. WTF? Who has heard more details, trial stores, why the change? Let’s chat!

We're being told to expect 17,000 to 20,000 bucket. Manager compared 2 peoples payouts from last months formula with the new formula and both would have made far less, one was over 700 less. Writing is on the wall, our GM said money will be tough to make.

Commissions are going to be a joke. We are looking at probably a 15 to 20 new line quota depending on location that can hurt. My bucket is what I want to know about
Its so weird. Someone actually makes these comp plans and quotas thinking people actually still go into these obsolete brick and mortar money pits.
