To hide the layoffs they probably disguise it as voluntary and involuntary exits.

I think unless you post totals here, then nothing get added to this total. I suspect this total is missing a lot of people, hard to tell, since Oracle makes announcements.
I think your numbers are off. Several of my peers were laid off last week and the week prior. Is there a lapse in a few weeks before you pick it up?

Do your numbers only include layoffs? What about those that left voluntarily or fired with cause? Would these be reflected in your weekly report?
