10% cost cutting in July

Will it happen before or after 50 year celebration?

Well, if you are not making money, cutting costs is the only alternative. BK has no clue how to grow a company. He had zero experience before being selected as CEO so this amounted to nothing more than on-the-job training. Which companies ever hire a person for such a lofty position without requiring experience and a background history of success?!?!? Leave it to Intel to screw themselves which is exactly what they did with this lamebrain.

That's typically the problem.

There are few if any corresponding layoffs among the Manager++++ levels when a layoff occurs at this company. The cycle repeats itself ever 3 years.

Probably after celebration. This setup is exactly what BK enjoys most. Get all your employees in a celebratory, feel good mood, and then, fry them! What satisfaction he'll feel!
