LE will get mad at MH when the collateral calls for loans LE has taken out against oracle stock start - tennis buddy or not this is serious cash/ assets LE will have to pony up. MH not worth the billions we’re talking abou here.
It’s only a matter of time. I keep getting the reminders about my computer being on legal hold Bc of the SEC investigation. It’s only a matter of time until they realize the unethical selling practices and the amount of “cloud licenses” provisioned but the customer never plans to adopt or implement. This was formally called DOA but we got in trouble for this term and it’s noe NPA. No plan to adopt.
These recent results or lack thereof will now trigger the layoffs which have been predicted for some time. A majority of these will happen within the Sales and Customer Success divisions first.
Board won’t ask, but the drop in institutional investment will demand it. TK is gone along with Ed Does. They don’t know it but leaving Oracle is a blessing not a curse.
I am betting it won't happen. LE has control of the board. He won't fire his tennis buddy and who knows what TK has on him, so he's never going to get rid of him. Maybe TK has a pee tape or something.... LOL.
