Change is needed in stoneywood. Sales dept been incompetent fur las 10 yrs just few odd wells won here an ther no big contracs. Sales people need te get off the backs and visit clients. Start lookin for work an stop being lazy. Can see why pension is dropped and share price in the gutter.
The reason for the mess in stoneywood is down to the managers who ran this place into the ground. Kick these idiots out. Worst management team in BH lost a shxxload of revenue.
It is a lie that we drink all day on Friday in Aberdeen. We only drink from lunch onwards. We are, after all, professionals.

Let the clean out continue and even though it is hard the benefits will be worth it in the end. The Noggie is doing a great job and the drinking culture should have been wiped out years ago.

It was horrible today in the office as 35 people were laid off by the emotionless Norwegian hatchet man. No thanks or appreciation for your service or anything - it was just hand over your laptop and escorted out of the building by security. Humiliating

Stoneywood is in a mess becuz of bad decisions and lost work. That’s why they kicked the management out and got in Norway managers. At least they know what there doing and ar professional.
