It’s how he met this current (third) wife. He was factory manager, she was an rcg.
So why did it take this long for the board to do something about it? Seems to me that they wanted him out for his failures as a CEO, and had to figure out a way to achieve that. Overdue if you ask a lot of people. I'm curious to see who the next CEO ends up!
