That ‘consensual relationship’ was a playing card to be used when things got bad enough. Well with class action law suits, abysmal employee morale, horrible decision making and thug like behaviors I’d say the plan was triggered. Good riddance BK you were running the business into the ground.

Agree with OP. There is something else at work here. If consensual relationship was the only reason, they would not have fired him.
