IBM --- what do you mean by SLOWLY? They are doing it quite well normally and losing those than learn the truth. (Ergo: no longer a customer, see, easy)
z/OS V2.1 will be out of support at the end of September, if customers have not upgraded at this point then there is a lot more to cry about than missing URL for the doc.
