BK’s shenanigans with some Lady had been going on for a while but had been a well kept secret. At some point, they probably felt exposed, and BK made some calls and got the little lady a C suite gig elsewhere. To hedge against the romance blowing up, he orders the stock sale. However, the stock sale generated a lot of bad press because of Spectre. The board was obliged to investigate. In the course of the investigation, the romance was exposed. The board took action and the stock tanked, fulfilling the prophesy but opening the door to further legal action. This is by no means over!!

Thanks, -ukk! BK had utter glee in destroying the lives of thousands of dedicated employees that gave this company their all. They sacrificed their own family time spending ultimately an incredible amount of personal time working projects and helping Intel meet schedules. All this while BK looked down from his lofty perch, mistress beside him, willing to cut aheads at a moments for cost savings iniative. Evil and sadistic what he had done to these employees. Thank goodness he's gone!
It appears that the livelihood of 1000s of impacted employees due to various actions (ACT, etc) in last few years at Intel has been dictated by this relationship...in case the rumors are true
Hope it remains an open investigation and much more gets exposed so the general public ultimately sees what kind of a scheming, conniving, dirty rat this man really is.
