Not new. Reps have been doing this with 4g HotSpots for years.

go on peak and check out who is killing hum "sales" , this person sells nothing , they just tell customers its included for the same price , probably never even set up or installed , the discrepancy between this rep and the field is a red flag but verizon seems ok with the lack of integrity, a good hum month is maybe 10 and thats a real good month , 5 would be decent, most reps have 0 or 1 per month , not 40
