All the activity Is for a whole day of surprise R squared training.
Should be tomorrow or Thursday. Probably tomorrow. Too many offsite meetings for upper management today. And an increased activity from HR. As well as rescheduled meetings for tomorrow. We shall see. Just wish they would get it over with.
We are all tired of the anticipation. We've all seen the zombied look on our coworkers faces. Most of us have already cleaned out our personal effects. We are ready for Wednesday to resolve the pain. Good luck to all of you. If management permits a good-bye trip through the building, please say goodbye to your friends. On your way out of the building, shake the dust off your feet (Matthew 10:14).

So my boss (actually a long time friend) told me in a hushed tone as I was leaving that I am safe tomorrow. I asked is Wednesday the day and she did not say “yes” but winked at me. So why I am sharing this to give those worried about the day we have all dreaded is upon us. Best wishes to all tomorrow and to the future!!!

It's ok people. Nothing is ever guaranteed in life. Rise up and be better! Whether you get let go tomorrow or not, move forward. Be at peace and blaze your own trail. SWN is not life. It's an employer. If you are blessed enough to stay, continue to do the good job you have been doing. If you are let go, accept it gracefully and take what's yours (severance package) and start anew elsewhere. Best to all of us!
