Book idea - the sad decline of oracle

Calling all existing and aspiring writers - there is a book to be written about the decline of oracle. A really good and interesting book, with substance and characters to boot. Go for it!

Excellent, can't wait to see what information that might bring to light.

While not a book... a reporter contacted me and some of my peers about our experience and Oracles business practices. We interviewed with him two weeks ago. Not sure when it will be published but it appears to be a disturbing peace that includes info from SEC perspective and the past and current employee lawsuits.

I'd buy a copy, but I'm ex-Oracle. Others might purchase the book for the lesson in bad management, how NOT to manage a company. Mistakes to avoid, etc.

I'm sure all 5 of you will buy a copy.

Too soon to publish, but not too soon to start interviews. This has been done before for companies like Digital Equipment Corporation (at one time the 2nd largest computer manufacturer) who also went down due to being slow to react to change.

The best insights come from people who saw it from the inside, not from "industry analysts".
