No major layoff this last week - some 25 people asked to total in a catch up correction between this and last week. Total since 6/1-2016 19,225. Good luck all!

Similar story with Customer Success in EMEA. There’s ongoing layoffs and “voluntary” resignations. Most customers will be moved to the CSM Hub in Romania and the rest will be asked to pay 50k per year for a local CSM.
Customer Success will see en masse voluntary and involuntary exits. Some are waiting for their q4 bonus and management needs to hit a specific headcount mandated by CR and MH. CB is frustrated with CR and MH who continue to slice at her headcount and dissect how she wants to organise. There is a poll if she will last until the end of this year.
There are also voluntary resignations happening this month (JUNE 2018) in mass in Sales.
Donates’ “apps” group who lead SaaS sales is a complete disaster under his leadership. He’s a 20 year oracle veteran & sycophant to LE. Nothing good will come under his leadership. He’s never worked anywhere else. His middle name should be bureaucracy .
I believe these numbers are very skewed. My manager and his peers let go about 20 folks in the last two weeks in Sales. I think they are masquerading them as poor performance, but frankly they are lay offs. There are zero plans to rehire and based on poor sales and lack of pipeline. It’s Oracle’s way of hiding the layoffs.
