Thread regarding Cisco Systems Inc. layoffs

The Poison

Counting the days until I can get that Cisco poison off my resume. When Cisco takes over your company then the logo and company name against your career stages becomes Cisco.

That is career poison.... Roll on NDS 2.0 so I can change it back again and start getting some views.

Bobby Fischer was half Jewish. But he did say lot of anti-semitic things.

The SPVSS management denigrated the NDS team to such a degree to all who would listen, none of them could move anywhere else in Cisco. The Cisco lifers who joined SPVSS were the worst always in the management war slagging off NDS. NDS people were naive as they hadn’t experienced the level of politics in Cisco before and most of them didn’t know how to survive. The BS artists at NDS did well at Cisco as they knew how the massage the hosepipe

As xNDS I can tell you that I appreciate Cisco.

They did a big mistake with NDS and failed to integrat it but an integration at that size is huge challenge for any company.

They did many errors but I am not angry and I know that many xNDS know to appriciate some advantages that we gain during that time.

The failure with NDS doesn't change Cisco to be a bad company. Few people which are writing here with so much poison about Cisco, might color the entire xNDS team with so ugly color but that is not the truth and it's not representing the big team.

Cisco and NDS was a bad match from the very begining, nothing more than this.

Only an ex NDS employee would be so anti-semitic and anti-American as to pick the handle "Bobby Fischer"

@TRl745r-moj. @rseh0le. It was bought for $5B because that was what it was worth. It was about to float on NASDAQ once again at that valuation. It is in the filing papers - look them up. It was systematically destroyed by you Cisco vermin. Uselesss MBA's with no clue about customers or products - just the numbers... You lot are vermin. A virus that we are well shot of.

Ha ha ha...that is one funny post. NDS was bought for $5b and sold for $1b. I suspect that's a reflection of how its importance has shrunk. I'll be honest. I feel for you ex-NDS guys. The new company will fail and you will get squat redundancy. The leadership are not total fools. They are selling it cheap for a reason.
