Whatever you want to call it, it is still Reverse Discrimination! If the percentages are skewed towards various population groups such as Indians then it is pretty obvious what is going on. There is nothing wrong with the H1B program, but the fact that Indians from India qualify as a "Diverse" group is what is wrong, and that is what is totally "Bizarre"!
Yes, there is a new hire/campus program at the bank that brings on young blood.
Better to give opportunities to American graduates (i will add regardless of race, since some a-hle will start the race issue) than giving opportunites to H1 or H4 candidates with false resumes. Both have to be trained anyways.
Most new graduates work hard because they want to prove themselves. Some H1s work hard too since they have overstated their qualifications to begin with and they do not want to back to their country, especially since America has made it so easy in the last decade and half for abusing the H1 visa.
I am glad to see amercan born graduates finnaly get a chance in the corporate IT wotld
@5lbi, you get what you pay for! Nothing more to say on what you actually get ...
Because they work for peanuts, unlike you.
@1fvy, without statistics that assumption is totally false. The sad thing is that it is a common perception although most likely totally incorrect.

Fresh meat for the grinder!
Although new employees are cheaper, they dont have much output so what is the benefit?
They work cheap and can replace the expensive older resources

That could simply be because more asians are in tech anyway...
More importantly, note how many are Asian or Indian at least 90%...
