Acquaintance of the Garlington rd location told me that only two gas turbs were built for the year so far (this was month ago he told)
Another told me that only 7 projected turbs to be built this year this true?
Really bad market for gas turbs today

Has any gas turbines shipped on time this year from Greenville?
Hahahaha...... No!!!!!
One one think with such extreme low volume that all the focus would be making quality gas turbines safely on time. What a joke! Complete opposite has happened.
Maybe someone can turn in a six sigma project showing savings from reduced liquidated damages because the manufacturing volume is so low.
Not 17 anymore. Go check for yourself in PowerMax.
17 Who ever told you that. Need to cut ties lol
It's true. Not really confidential either, as anyone can learn this by watching train movements at the Woodruff Rd crossing. That spur line only serves GE and has been cut off by the I385 Gateway construction project most of the Spring, with no impact on shipping the 2 turbines built. There's a whole 2 quarters to build the other 5, assuming they get built at all.
Please stop fishing for GE confidential information on this board. If you work for GE, just ask your manager or friends. If you don't work for GE, show us the courtesy of leaving us alone and stop trying to exploit the situation for your benefit.
