Does anyone know how they ended up picking who was doing to be the lucky 200? Never had a bad evaluation and still got the ax.

Like the palm grease comment.entire northeast office is about that. Bo boy has it perfected. That office is a classic example of how any professional workplace should not be ran. Crooked and proud of it, a good game of survivor at its best.
Age is definitely a factor. Before 2016 layoff, there were 10 people, 3 of them over 50. Two were laid off in 2016 and one was let go this week. Now there are of 5 people in the group.
I was laid off in 2016 and was ranked in the top 10% on my performance evaluations for years. I guess I was blowing the wrong people. LOL.........SWN S---S...........
Unfortunately, they looked at how much palm grease you bought and used over the last year. The prolific users got to keep their job. Glad I was axed. Had something lined up and ready to go. Sign on bonus (they knew I was waiting for a package). Now time to enjoy some summer before I start the new, exciting role. I look forward to sleeping good again. Forgot what that is like.... good luck to all.
