Average salary for the next Amazon for HQ2 is going to be in the 6 figures.
(that's what they're reporting)
I don't know too many IBMers who started out with 6 figure incomes.
That's probably one big difference.
Would not be that great, Amazon is known to nickel & dime anyone they deal with especially their employees. Not a whole lot different than IBM these days but probably worse.
