Smart circle had their first day of training today. They spent alot of the time pushing directv.

Harassment and sh-- show, huh? We increase Sam’s Club’s total sales and revenue more than 100%. It’s a numbers game so of course we have to talk to everyone no matter what. The green vests people were lazy to do phones and we do better job than them because we have skills in sales. :P Haterss
We still have electronics associates but as you said they are everywhere else in the club. Yesterday the smart circle lady sold one phone but was still lost through the process. Directv is their main focus and members are getting annoyed at being harassed.
What clubs still have Electronics associates at all? Electronics associates just zone half the club, answer calls, do notes and never actually work in Electronics.
So is Smart Circle replacing the green vests in electronics? With the commission being paid for selling tvs.

Well directtv sales are where they make the majority of their commission. I haven't done the math in a few months but they don't make commission untill after roughly 13 contracts with squaretrade, than it's something like 15 bucks a contract.
