Who else is able to watch your every move?
It's called "New BAC" where management positions are beef'ed up with diversity candidates and famous investors just "chuckle" and say, " ah, okay," and ignore everything else.
Yes, way too many MDs, my area has 4 levels of MDs not adding much value. What happen to a leaner organization?
