There are very few of us left ( HA Sales Lead)
Are they going to get rid of us all together

In our store we still have one and that person does everything down to the Plano grams and helps with the signing and when u can’t close that big pa sale that person puts in that last push to get you that commission.
One person can’t run the whole Hardlines dept. we need it and we have the sales to support it in my store
In my store we had it and then they switched it to a Hardlines Lead? That is in charge of all Hardlines and not just HA Sales That might happen in your situation
All is at risk so why worry
There’s no point in having that position. Our store lost it, got it back and then lost it again. It’s the riskiest position to hold since it’s all based on sales.
We don't have one at my store but wouldn't you continue to sell appliances if they took that title away?
