Yi owns all the claim decisions a 100%. PS and MT to a lesser extent.

Yi needs to hear what his own people say about him. No confidence in him and he has zero personality. However not a set among them to approach and address. Tippy’s to blame too, but he just cries.

And why on Yi and not his superiors? Glad Wiilie Brown is retired or folks would be blaming him for the cluster%#%k that is the farm in 2018.

Yi has a plan it just cannot be executed and he has no regard for employees including other leaders.

It’s what the customer wanted. They also wanted the people that handle their claims to be treated like slaves. Customer facing employees are treated like dirt.

Everyday it seems like leadership, including executive, is growing more desperate without a real plan or defined objectives. Some short term proposed solutions are directly in conflict with broader objectives. The recent decision to use TM’s to handle claims is a good example. There is a reason sales leaders don’t prospect and make personal sales (at least not yet.)
