When the layoffs and restructuring settles the sad thing is the ones who shouldve been fired a long time ago will still be around...and people who hard working dedicated employees find there self unemployed...

Come Sept. all team leads will be answering the Mgt. calls and much more. Added work no add to pay.
Totally agree now they running around looking at one another and bickering, about who’s getting the manager calls.
Exactly. Sad but true, too.
Hit the nail on the head, I believe the reason they have not moved forward with anything else is the last f--- up of letting every tenure manager go.
