If things were good nobody would be getting RA'd
So they can spin all they want, but IBM is in the crapper no question.
Non-GAAP has two components - M&A and Savings in Retirement.
The second is the RA driver and it accounts for a good chunk of quarterly earnings each quarter.
@cad is pretty much 100% right
I expect a GAAP miss that will be buried in all sorts of Non-GAAP nonsense. Of course, the financial press will let Ginni off the hook yet again.
