Complete the below steps as described in https://www.howtogeek.com/174837/how-to-add-your-gmail-account-to-outlook-2013-using-imap/
Then within Outlook, simply copy your personal folders from Outlook to Gmail. Finally don't forget to disable this access, clean up on your exist day.
