Thread regarding Weatherford International Ltd. layoffs

I worked for Weatherford for over a decade. My suggestion is to appear to be very motivated but screw up everything you work on.

You will be a V.P. within a year.

My advice to you is leave. 11 years wasted busting my a-- while management denied raises for our facility. Maintained multiple departments. Pulled dead a-- weight all for 15 dollars a hour. 1 year later I now make 250-350k a year and only schooling I have is a f---ing associates of arts or some sh--. I can truly with complete honesty say anyone who stays at weatherford is a dumb--s. (Myself included) our facility closure was the best thing for me and everyone else I’ve stayed in contact with. I was too chicken sh-- to leave what I had worked hard building. Thank god this company is going down the sh--ter. It will be for the best for all. Keep your head up and Good luck on the job hunt

if i would be you keep your resume update, and all you do on your time off is upload and click submit. Don’t waste your perious years unless you invest your time and wait for your raise another four years... unless if ypu are related or golfing pr hunting buddy with upper management.. bingo you will get promoted, raises including bonus... good luck hope your smart enuff and figure out what we all saying here.. unless you like to manage your person life like weatherford manages there businesses. good luck

It’s an insider trying to tell you that you could be making sandwiches instead...so you should behave yourself. They are right, sandwiches are delicious and they dont piss all over you without the courtesy of calling it rain. So yeah, I’d totally rather make a sandwich than spend another second at WTF.
