Crazy numbers especially the job listings that are posted with 7/4/18 date...TODAY
Sears interviewed me about two months ago. I was surprised when they called me for an interview just a day before. A team of Indians who interviewed me did not asked me much about technical stuff relating to software development job as if I were there just to fill their interviewing quota. Sears did not send me an email, call or text me that I did not get a job. Like nothing happened. While I was there in their corporate headquarter I saw mostly Indians people. I'm an African American.
OR hire full timers (entice them with 40 hrs to even get applicants ) and then say, ooops we have to downgrade your hours
The majority of those jobs can’t be classified as “careers” at 4 hrs a week!!!! LOL
All just a dog and pony show......Hire part timers and then schedule them 4 hours a week because payroll hours keep getting cut and then they wonder why turnover is so high.
Home Appliance sales associates would get upset because management would hire up and flood the HA floor with salespeople when customer traffic did not justify it therefore affecting the commission income for associates.
I had to LOL at all of the job openings with "Store Closing" in parentheses, even store manager positions.

I wonder how many of those are really new, vs that they just made some minor edit to a bunch of them that bumped up their date to today.
Good. Make the recruiters do their job.
