New Study: 93% of People Would Trust Orders from a Robot at Work

They should use the new AI guy (the $6 million dollar man) to build management robots to replace the layers and layers of useless corrupt management at Oracle. I'd PREFER taking direction from a robot than one of the psychos at Oracle.

Yep @TZz6LXE-3zin.

And one or two or three “Six Million Dollar Men” won’t ever have the power or team to change the culture, despite their genius or talent. A few cannot change that beheamoth bureaucracy. Especially not one with leaders like Ellison, Catz or Hurd. No way. No how.

The crux of it is this: oracle today is full of lackeys and sycophants who operate in a corrupt manner to maintain their own status quo. You can’t be, or become, world-class anything with that kind of team. The c-suite is mediocre and they don’t hire anyone who could outshine them or who has more talent. They are the opposite of what good leadership does.

That’s all any investor or employee “candidate” needs to know to take their “investment” of money or time elsewhere.

The culture of oracle will not change. Leadership (the very top) won’t allow it, despite PR theatrics to the contrary.

A donkey has hired a bigger donkey, to keep its own a-- safe. Thus with all donkeys around braying, the horse gets to leave. That's Oracle mgmt story.

Yes, the center of the problems for Oracle, is the incompetent and psychotic development management staff.

Oracle mgmt would never allow AI to make HR decisions because the AI would use the hard facts and figures not politics, and would automatically layoff half the managers, and one of the CEOs. Then it would start recruiting actual Engineering talent, program and product managers and Sales staff.

Exactly what needs to be done. AI would fix the real problems and wouldn't keep people because they are someone's tennis buddy.

Management is too powerful at Oracle with wide discretionary powers, who layoff people with impunity. Laid off are those who are risk to them. Such psychos have had their way in turning a giant IT org. to one with no future. Massive layoff of such mgmt is need of the hour for Oracle to survive. AI bots seem to be hope here.

Would be a huge improvement at oracle and would not cost the absurd amount of money that the 3 stooges and TK make, some $500 million a year combined.
