Were there layoffs in Long Beach in first week of May? I heard Program Project Managers have been let go.
I haven't heard anything but I would not be surprised. Molina is done with major layoffs, and is now focusing on stealthy layoffs that are few in number but happen all the time. This way there is no panic among employees and no bad publicity.

I don't care about the friends and family program. The reality is our days are numbered no matter what. The tide is high. Get over the friends and family stuff and read the real writing on the wall......brace yourself for the next wave.....whether or not includes cousins or lovers....it may still include us.
I'm guessing the HEDIS dept will be hit with layoffs since, hedis season has finally ended.
This stuff needs to stop. Let’s hope someone there can address the friends and family program. It’s still going reallly strong. SMH

We all got our normal raises unless you were on some kind of warning and your VP said N----O. And, you would have to be blind and deaf to not see something is up at your local Molina ... the only folks giving a crap about the members are your local VTO committee of the year! And then our local VPs try to take credit for it... so wrong!!!!!!!!!

LOL! legacy VPs, no kidding, friends and family? Sounds like the BS going on in IT. legacy ccna's first acting like a CCNA matters anymore and playing VP roles. It's a huge embarrassment of dilapidated VPs I just faking it because their buddy hooked them up.
If you are over 40 don't expect a raise, a promotion, or anything special from Molina. You'll be on the walk.
Now they are just managing people out. Don't give you any work and you end up looking for your stapler. This place is a dump and the culture is toxic! Everybody there is drinking the same mix of delusions. Whatever they think they are going to do is in a long term plan or they are just waiting to get bought. There is no culture, no plan of action as much as the VPs just sit there trying to look pretty with cute names for their projects that are telling, but the sheep just don't get. just a bunch of robots or 2 step ai. It's really funny though how they try to make the job seem interesting or how they are making your career. I work there and honestly feel dumber. Do yourself a favor and find a good corner to hide in or go somewhere else. But don't ever speak your mind or opinion, you'll out yourself and you'll be managed out.
I know something is up... folks getting the heck out of dodge in Ohio. Leaving on their own--- new jobs.

Managers are using splitters to go on employees computers. Not sure what is by going on.
Let's hope these new exec hires clean out the friends an family program still running strong. Let's also walk these legacy VPs out to their cars

So JZ lays off around 100 employees per news 7 hours ago to save money but yet hires another $$$ VP to oversee claims, etc... does that make any sense to you?

Albuquerque End of May will bring layoffs just in time so they will not have to pay bonus pay outs as they promised. I hope I am wrong but I don't think I am. I hate how companies pull this stuff all the time.
