I left QCT 2 years ago. In my 35 yr career I've never seen such a racist and nepotistic organization. Oh its easy to cover it up and pay people to make things go away when you have that big licensing revenue stream and legions of lawyers making 'settlements'

Q is a H1B serial abuser and the end result is the rascist and ageist environment they now have.

H1Bs at temp agencies ??? Ha ha ha. How the f is that 'brightest and best' ?? Its an abuse of the system and damaging to the country.

H1B productivity is 2 to 3X at 1/2 the cost.

That's a 4 to 6X benefit compared to the rest and vest Sr Staff and Principal Engineers. Management is aware of it and will always support the H1B program to the fullest.
