Has anyone else heard about folks being denied MyWork exit? I have heard rumors that folks are not being allowed to exit the program any longer.
Not sure why or what that means for them.

I still think not having a work from home policy will destroy the chances for hiring new employees. So many companies offer work from home either full time or half the time, that no way new hires are going to choose a company that doesn't offer this benefit.
@TbXWZOL-3pvz She will get a package if she won’t relocate. To my knowledge it’s illegal to not offer a package in this “job is being relocated” scenario
My work ppl will be terminated if they are not near a hub location. It’s been happening on a small scale since 2015.

The word severed could mean a couple different things to me. We she get a package is she does not relocate? Or simply fired and exit with nothing?
Sounds like the group is wanting to consolidate the team, location-wise, and that just exiting MyWork to work to a non-hub location doesn't further the cause...
I've been told that ultimately MyWork will be on an exception basis, and as long as you have folks in high places who are willing to approve that exception, then all is good.
true statement by previous poster....my previous boss, prior to this reinforced push for exit from MYWORK, was told in 2016 that he had to make such a choice, as far back as 2016 this whole effort to relocate back to office was in flight, but then postponed due to a variety of reasons.
A couple months ago a colleague of mine who is on on MyWork offered to go back into their local office (non hub city). That request was denied and recently they were notified that their position was being relocated to Charlotte in late 2018. She can relocate at her own expense or be severed. All MyWork employees in our group will be severed by the end of 2019 and they’ve already been notified.
