I would think that the FedGov would not rely on any single supplier. Don't all the major on prem vendors supply the US Government?

“Most federal friendly”?? What does that even mean? If DoD picks Oracle to be its sole cloud provider, we (citizens of the U.S. that is) should all be very afraid!

I'd be surprised if it were not Oracle Cloud that wins as it would be most federal friendly towards the needs of the government than other.
