Big companies, especially the old line like eye bee em and oracle, simultaneously fight to recruit the people with the cutting edge skills while doing everything they can to drive existing, loyal, trained and savvy employees out the door. It would be cheaper to recruit internally and re-train........oh, I forgot, it’s all about the money. Sorry, never mind. That explains the deteriorating benes, forced vacation policies, loud workspaces,revocation of telework privileges, lousy/nonexistent raises, etc. etc.
