@Tcv1GI2-7rxu How can say there is no x86 development in BUR anymore? There must be at least 100 people working on x86 systems. This just isn't true.

I see all these rumors about layoffs in x86 development, but I don't see any signs of layoffs in that organization in Burlington and Santa Clara. Am I missing something?

@Tcv1GI2-1onx : umh, if anything, Fujitsu could be interested in Solaris for the internal japanese market (where they sell a lot of their own SPARC 64 systems running Solaris).
Fujitsu has its own x86 org, much better than Oracle's. Nope, be sure Fujitsu is absolutely not interested in the expensive x86 org from Oracle.
Hey, maybe the genius that decided Sun was a good buy will try to acquire Fujitsu next.
