So sales were up less help in the stores and no bonuses for employees the past two grills it’s more like the path to crap Not fear if you were in a lower volume store they gets humongous returns from online and for your top 50 store that has customers coming to you instead of their own return rate which is a lot lower unfair to those stores that don’t have enough volume bogus is what it is

Even though it might look like Macy's employees are ignoring you.They are busy fulfilling online orders.Or damaging out items.Or looking for merchandise tags.Basically doing four jobs at once.Not complaining.Just saying.
You have to make sales but you ALSO have to make your IFR too on fulfillment. Miss that number and no bonus.
Yeah brick morter sales s---- all their inventory goes to fulfillment (online orders w/store getting 50%credit) and staff in store dedicates large amount of time to process online returns which will reflect 100%credit on the store.
Better put that bonus in savings....just sayin.

We aren’t a Top 50 door but we made bonus and get it in our checks June 1st.
