There are reps going home without a check each month because stores are over staffed, quotas are unattainable & Verizon is Greedy. They know this.
A layoff, downsizing or hourly ONLY has to be in the works. It’s painful to go through each day & witness.
Morals are a non factor when it comes to Verizon.

So why doesn't someone stand up and do what's right???? Because almost all the managers are yes men and pussies, maybe when there's nobody left they will figure it out.
The issue is that we are also putting reps on PIP for not hitting. I look back at my team and actually feel bad cause as bad as the traffic is there is no way the quota should be as high as it is. I am getting pushed by my GM that is getting pushed by the DM to PIP out these reps that have been with the company longer than I have. It’s a disaster. I feel that it’s just a way to lay off without severance packages.
