Portrait mngr was called as she was stepping out of shower and told they were closed... Store was called & told to NOT let them into the room.
We had a dental company in ours and they moved out last year!
So now the areas of protrait studio, hearing aid shop? And dental suite sits vacant and being used to store fixtures
We recently lost our vending machines in our lunch room upstairs because the owner of vending machines said nothing was selling!
Our portrait studio also closed 5 years ago and has been used as junk storage space....fixtures..etc ever since.....Hearing Aid concession left a year or two ago as well and their old space is now full of fixtures and junk......
If this were the old days at Sears, that space would have been re-leased to new concessions or else the space opened up for added sales floor space....but now, it sits as wasted space...just symbolizes the downfall of Sears.....
Optical hardly sees any business in our store anymore....I am surprised it has not closed down as well.
Huh...I didn't even know Sears had photo studios after the original studios closed and went out of business. I just thought that Sears Photo was just about done after that.
Most stores, including mine, just turned that space into storage or room for 991 markdowns.
