It’s going to be tilted “How to promote your friends and ruin the company”. The first thing amazon should do is give the regional and central office a good douching. Why would amazon keep people that caused the company to need to be sold?

Micro manager doesn’t give you the time you need to do things. You spend your time explaining to micromanager what you’re going to do. Micromanager doesn’t say good job. Micromanager doesn’t care what situations are occurring around everyone. Work related situations. Micromanager doesn’t understand what’s needed. However, micro manager loves comparing you.

EXACTLY! Being at store level in the South Region from 2011-2016 my head exploded daily watching regional engage in one avoidable disaster after another while ignoring everyone actually WORKING at the store level. Good ideas were immediately dismissed as either unworkable or the bleatings of know-nothings while the most ridiculous, obviously defective plans were implemented as long as they resulted in job security and outrageous salaries and bonuses for Regional's royalty. Nothing will change until the fools that caused the bloody problems in the first place (and their incompetent family members, boyfriends, girlfriends and ex-boyfriends and ex-girlfriends are summarily fired! The definition of insanity is doing the same thing and expecting different results.
That could be the name for the Northeast biography. Everyone that’s in EC or above positions was friends, or more, with the old RP, including our new RP. None of them got there by merit, all by nepotism. Sad it’s allowed to be this way.
