Who wouldn't want a good monthly pay check with no work. Lots of senior management people in NDC, BDC,MDC,HOPI have understood this and have gamed the system. You can use your spare time to set up small business on the side.
If there is no work then what are you still doing here? Quit and find another job. Dell definitely needs to trim these old couch potatoes who does no innovation but collect fat paychecks while complaining. We should continue replacing them all with young and vibrant new hires.

In order to work hard there should be work, are you HR. Which business unit you work, there is no work for years in Dell Nashua. EMC buy out and transition really helped us. If directors and project managers can prove false work and meaningless releases with EqualLogic, Compellent and Cyclone to VP’s and higher above, we won’t mind collecting free paychecks for life.
