What is this Oracle startup cloud accelerator program? Is this just BS?

So, it's not anything special Oracle has that no one else does. Oracle will lose at this, too, since it is based on the use of the same crap as customers are being forced to use.

What company would use Oracle tools to build anything, even if they can sell it to Oracle. If Google is doing the same thing, then Oracle has competition at this too. Oracle will lose. Who wants to work with Oracle?
Google's been doing this since day 1... Totally makes sense and it's not cheap.

It looks very much like: you have great idea that is in line with pur strategy? we give you the ressources you need and when the idea is working well we buy it. And if you do not sell to us, we cut all the reasources.
Obviously you will have based all your process on our technology so if we cut the ressources you cannot go to AWS, GPC or Azure without pain.
The start-up has to use Oracle cloud to build their software? Is that right?
A few million $ for Oracle or LE is pocket money. And it can turn into a future very profitable acquisition.
Why managing the equivalent of a LOB when you can have a young CEO putting his soul growing a buisness for you?
