Lots of commentary about who posts here.
Clearly there are HR trolls... I'm sad for them actually, as they are likely as despicable as certain leaders of the co. Knowing how associates are treated... and yet, they still come to work in that role... supporting that horrific treatment of human beings giving their sweat and tears each day to work and their Jobs. Would their parents be proud of their O HR job? Let them decide. Interesting. Perhaps they need the treatment others get, both those who get fired, and those (like me) who left on their own.
But to me, what's most alarming is the people on this blog (you) that are employed who are unhappy working for O. Get some GD self respect and get out. You are on here because you are worried about the disgusting treatment you get, your fear for being cut... pick yourself up and get relevant. Stop coming here like a little scared child and control your freaking destiny. You got into one of the hardest cos to get into.. and you've lasted... yest you come here to see if your days are limited. Really?
Believe in yourself. Look. Find. Move on. This is no way to live your life. Leave O behind. Customers hate O... i hear it most every day. Get relevant, shine, believe in yourself. And leave this blog for the losers in the co that try to paint a good picture.
Let them change the wash... the cloud wash.
