Some MDs are selfish and have zero sense of responsibility. They just take credit from their team instead look after their team.
Some MDs purposely created silos in team. Then they came to their managers, took all credits, and pretend they knew everything despite the fact they only knew little.
When team do not perform,they move to another team or firm secretly, leave their team helpless and frustrated.
A good MD need to put his team before himself. “Managing” Directors need to demonstrate their leadership.
