Has anyone heard that the shift and days were changing.

We have two on nights and three on days. After 7 usually one of us goes off and does whatever to help in random areas of the club but the new schedule does have one of us working on Saturday and one of us working Sunday from now on for the trucks that want to come during the weekend.
We receive everything at night and day crew sits around and talks about whether they'll finally be fired so they can get their severance. Nights works with one person 7 days a week and dayshift has 2 people 5 days a week.
No split shift we have night receiving and day receiving. DC and McLane, fz/cooler Terrell at night everything else during day. We have two on night receiving and a day crew. We receive 7 days a week due to MABD (must arrive by date) it may not be a lot on weekends but we do unload paper, water, Pepsi and who ever else wants to come on weekend.
are receiving associates working split shifts?? ie is one person working in the morning then the same person coming back to complete their shift in the evening.....??
That must be a high volume club

Haven't heard of any shift change, but we do receive freight 7 days a week, days and nights . We have been doing this for about a month now. Red Prairie has been handling the scheduling now giving associated split days.
