Heard rumors of more layoffs/ closing of more call centers the end of this year. If so which centers?

1 call center & 1 ops location in each half of the country within 5 years. TAG a location you think will be safe, pick randomly and/or plan accordingly.
All customer service/tech reps for consumer accounts will be converted to hba. 3 call centers have other functions but those centers also will no longer have customer service in the buildings. This is not a secret that the company is hiding...
