I was in a wireless store in Orange County CA yesterday, and it was empty. Well, except for the four employees standing by the front door waiting for a customer.
They weren't happy to find out I was a former employee. WHERE ARE THE CUSTOMERS?

No reason to go into a store. I buy the iPhone every year, why go to a store when I can have it shipped to me when it comes out?
Op you're an idoit. There are slow periods in stores, you can walk in to an empty Store an 20 mins later it's packed. Get a life and move on.

Let's see. I could A) Buy my phone online and have it shipped to me in two days without hassle, or B) Go to a store and wait to be seen by an either a used-car-saleman wannabe who'll either make things ten times more difficult than they need to be or treat me like scum when they realize I'm not an idiot and deem me as a waste of time.
Tough choices.
